Rules And Regulation

If I am positive and do as requested,

• Responsibility of sending the ward to school on time and taking him/ her back after school rests entirely with the Parent / Guardian. The responsibility of the school authorities ceases immediately after the school is closed.

• Parents/Guardians are not permitted to go directly to the class. In case of an emergency, they should take permission of the Principal / Co-ordinator and wait in the Waiting Room Lobby.

• Celebration of Birthdays: The school does not allow distribution of chocolates. Instead the children can distribute Pencil-rubber/Pen (small stationery items) to the fellow students.

• Each student should carry the almanac to school with his/her photograph and identification information completed and signed by his/her parent.

• Students should be neatly dressed. The school uniform is to be worn every day.

• Boys should maintain short hair and girls should tie their hair neatly.

• No student should damage any school property or write anything on the wall or furniture. Concerned student will be required to compensate for the damage.

• The school is not responsible for goods lost. It is not advisable to bring valuable articles to school. Kindly label all the belongings clearly.

• Both the parents should be present during the PTM's held during the year.

• Once a child has come to school, he/she will not to be allowed go on a half day leave. In case of any emergency, parents will personally come and pick up their wards. No child will be allowed to go home with an unknown person.

• It is compulsory for every student to speak in English in and around the school campus and also in the school bus.

• All students are expected to attend the first and the last working day of the academic year. Absence for more than three days, after the school reopens, will call for strict disciplinary action.

• A student suffering from a contagious disease will not be permitted to attend school. He/She can resume school on submitting a medical certificate after the quarantine period.

• Good manners, habits of obedience and order, neatness in person dress and punctuality are required at all times.

• During working hours, order and silence is to be maintained while around the premises. Running, playing or shouting inside the school building is not allowed.

• The student should be in the school premises 10 minutes before the school starts. The school gates will close 5 min after the school time.

• Personal hygiene and cleanliness is expected of all students.

• Parents are requested to put name tags on their ward's belongings including sweaters, gloves etc.

• Guardians should send an application (and a medical certificate in case of sickness) in case of absence of their ward.

• Irregular attendance and habitual absence will call for dismissal from the school.

• Parents should inform the school if the child is suffering from any chronic illness like asthama, epilepsy etc. and submit the necessary medical reports for the same.

• If the child is absent from school, he/she must make up for all the work missed out by him/her.

• Under no circumstances, will the child be allowed to sit in the class, if he/she is suffering from 'chickenpox'. The child will be allowed only when the dried up scabs fall off completely.

• Don't send any type of toys or fancy compass box or money to school.

• Students are not allowed to keep mobile phones. If a mobile phone is found with any student, it shall be confiscated immediately.

• Students should not be seen moving outside the school campus, in the school uniform. They should go home, change their uniform and then move out.

• Hair colour is strictly prohibited. Mehendi on hands, and nail varnish are not allowed.
